[c-nsp] 877 ADSL router does not work

Have you tried to hard code the dsl operation mode,

For example; dsl operating-mode ansi-dmt

(bear in mind you may have to reset the interface and/or router for this
change to be made)

I have come across this issue on various 857's it seams to depend on the
dslam that you are connecting to.
