[c-nsp] CPU processing

Hi,

Looking at the output below, i want to be able to add up the 48% from the
processes below, but the numbers are too small to give 48%

adding the below = 16.6% + 0.15% + 0.15% + 0.15% + 0.007% = 18%, why does it
show 48% ?
