Hello,

We are getting this error on our Sup720-3BXL,

01/10 03:28:00.557 E  [6] TestScratchRegister Failed

We've also gotten...

Jan 10 13:11:32.954 EST: SP:  Fabric endpoint of Channel 4 lost Sync. to 
Higher fabric and trying to recover now!


Someone said maybe a poorly seated card, however, I'm starting to think 
the Sup might be bad.  Anyone know what a TestScratchRegister diag is 
and what might cause it to fail?
