[c-nsp] Regarding ASBR in ospfv3

Hi,
  can anybody tell that how AS boundary routers are decided. Is they
are manually configured or is there is a dynamic procedure to learn
ASBR.
  My second question is - inter-are router lsas are used to describe
position of ASBR in the area by Boundary routers. So if a router is
ASBR, will it generate inter-area router lsa in the areas connected to
it describing itself as ASBR i.e in inter-area router LSA advertising
router ID and Destination Router ID will be the same.
