[c-nsp] Very Strange Problems with 7513

Hey John,

What kind of RSP you are using?
I had RSP4 with similar problems.
Cisco told us that there is some problem with architect, and asked us to 
upgrade to RSP16.
But eventually I removed Cisco 7507 routers from our network.
