[c-nsp] C3560 EtherChannel load balancing

I believe 3560 should use src-dst IP load balancing by default when IP routing 
is enabled. To configure manually try:

global config:
	ip routing
	port-channel load-balance src-dst-ip

interface config:
	channel-protocol pagp
	channel-group 1 mode on
