[c-nsp] 76k DS3 interface alternative

Has anyone had any experience with the Allied Telesyn AT-TN1000?  I'm 
wondering if pairs of these plugged into WS-X6348-RJ-45 FE ports at at 
least one end would be a reliable cost saving way of terminating DS3's on 
6500/7600's.
