[c-nsp] CBWFQ with Tunnel interface

Sorry, for my break into a conversation, but on cisco 2811 with 12.3(8)T8, after applying 
policy map to tunnel interface (as descibed in document, you referred) cisco go down with 
"bus error at PC 0x40041EF4, address 0x56".
