On the 7200 and 7500, it's CEF/DCEF switched depending on interface type 
and IOS version.  i.e. If you were paying attention about a month or two 
ago, you'd have seen that in 12.2S, MPLS over MLPPP is not CEF 
switched...but in 12.3 it is.
