So you're oversubscribing the PCI bus on both sides of the router by 200
points, which would not be supported.  As everyone else has stated, it
will probably work, but in practice is not a good idea.

Perhaps you should consider two PA-GE's and trunk your connections to a
subtended switch? (ie: 3560)
