Well, no, they connect to the 16 Gbps dual-rotating ring.

The '10G' port is only sort-of-10G, however. It connects to
the same type of ASIC, so it's really 8x1G bundled.

Yes, it's basically the same hardware. The stacking ring just
isn't taken to the back of the chassis on the 3560.
