I'm not sure you can.  I believe that they may be shipping with larger
bootflash now, but in the past I think they've just shipped with 64/64.
 I know the Sup32 just has an internal CF slot you can easily
replace/upgrade.

With the Sup720 perhaps it's not as much of an issue since you have two
external CF slots you can populate w/1GB cards if need be.
