Two things you can try.  Try configuring the idle-timeout on the router
Dialer1 interface or have your RADIUS server (if using one) send the
appropriate attribute to disable or extend it.

as0(config-if)#dialer idle-timeout 1200 ?
  either   Reset idle timer based on both inbound and outbound traffic
  inbound  Reset idle timer based on inbound traffic only
  <cr>

as0(config-if)#dialer idle-timeout 1200
