[c-nsp] Transporting TDM voice DS3s over Ethernet

ethernet bandwidth in this instance is relatively cheap for us, hence why I'm sending out feelers for this tech rather than having the circuits run directly into the co-lo, which I could do :)

Just FYI for anyone interested, we use these products and although they work very well, they add about 40%overhead.  So for example a T1 will use a solid 2M, which is not terrible if bandwidth is cheap where you are, but it can be a bit of a pain when bandwidth is at a premium (like it is for us).
