I was looking at similar data recently and wouldn't want to bet on any Sup 
less than a 3bxl taking full routes for much more than 1-2 years.  I've
already told my boss that our Sup2's will have to be replaced in 1 year or 
sooner.  We're carrying nearly 195K routes right now.
