[c-nsp] PPP-Bearer Mode on a GSR?

Greetings all,

I have a GSR with some 1 port ISE channelized OC48 line cards and I'm
looking to set up 'control-free PPP' / 'PPP-Bearer Mode' to an IXIA
with 'PPP Link Negotiation' disabled.  I haven't found a way on the
GSR to disable link negotiation, however, and so protocol stays down
until I enable Link negotiation on the IXIA.

Has anybody been able to (or seen) a GSR OCn LC use PPP encapsulation
without PPP control?
