[c-nsp] WS-X6748-GE-TX performance problems

Hi, 

my customer has two 6513 with dual sup720. They have one WS-X6748-GE-TX in slot 9 of each chassis. We're having performance problems with many of the servers connected to this linecards. There aren't errors in the ports but the response time to applications are sometimes very big (we monitor it with a NAM).
Has anybody had any problem with this type of cards? We're running IOS 12.2(18)SXD2.
