[c-nsp] WS-X6748-GE-TX performance problems

> my customer has two 6513 with dual sup720. They have one WS-X6748-GE-TX in slot 9 of each chassis. We're having performance problems with many of the servers connected to this linecards. There aren't errors in the ports but the response time to applications are sometimes very big (we monitor it with a NAM).

We had a very similar problem, with 60-70ms RTT to few directly
connected machines.
It was solved with configuring  "hol-blocking disable" on the affected
gigeth interfaces.
But it was a WS-X6148-GE-TX with 12.2(18)SXD3.
