[c-nsp] Cat0s- Sup1a (MSFC) issues

I have a situation where my MSFC can see route's however, he is not able
to ping anything on the routes he is receiving advertisements on.  The
Sup side can ping all nodes,etc.   All nodes on the subnet are pointing
to him as the Default Gateway and routing protocols are running on him
EIGRP.
