[c-nsp] Cat0s- Sup1a (MSFC) issues

What version of code on the sup and MSFC?  There used to be a really ugly CEF 
corruption issue on some older versions of 12.1 MSFC IOS with CatOS pre 
version 7 that would do exactly as you describe but that was a while back.
