If you see MAC addresses from "other networks" on your management LAN,
chances are that you have an interconnection somewhere - a crossover-cable
plugged into "server LAN" and "management LAN", or something similar.

Run a sniffer on the management VLAN (PC with ethereal or tcpdump) and 
look for ARP packets that don't belong there...
