I'm running 12.4(8) on an unsupported NPE-300 and it works just fine
doing some basic routing stuff (DS-3, FE, DS-1).
Now, I'm not going to upgrade our ADSL gear to 12.4 any time soon, since
if that freaks out, too many people will bitch at me. That said, I'd
like to find a version of IOS for the NPE-300 that supports kron...
