[c-nsp] Cisco 3640 and NM-1FE-2W

Hi all,

Not working NM-1FE-2W in Cisco 3640 with 12.2, 12.3, 12.4 IOS series. 
Have information that it not working with some IOS version. Anybody know 
  version (in 12.3 if it possible) where that module work ?
