[c-nsp] WS-X6416-GBIC input errors

On a pair of 6509s with sup720-3bxl and WS-X6416-GBIC cards, I'm seeing
roughly 10% input errors (of no specific type) on GE interfaces going to
the GE ports on a 3550-24. These are L3 interfaces doing tag-switching to
carry MPLS VPN traffic. The odd thing is, I'm not noticing any packet
loss, so I have to wonder if this is a counter bug/hardware limitation
similar to how a 2900XL will count all tagged packets as errors/giants?

4056215423 packets input, 1402231640515 bytes, 0 no buffer
Received 7233212 broadcasts (0 IP multicast)
      0 runts, 0 giants, 18 throttles
      390765368 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
      0 watchdog, 0 multicast, 0 pause input
0 input packets with dribble condition detected

The 3550 end isn't seeing any errors. These are the only/first
WS-X6416-GBIC GE interfaces I've done tag-switching on. I may turn off
tag-switching on one of them later tonight to see if that stops the input
errors. 6509 software version is 12.2(18)SXD7.
