[c-nsp] OSPF Bad Type LSA

this error ("Bad LSA data") is seen when there is something wrong
regarding the LSA format, i.e. wrong length fields, etc. So strictly a
syntax/format check. I'd connect a sniffer to the segment and take a
look at the LSA packet to see what's wrong.
