I routinely hit 6Mb and have seen peaks of 8Mb/s on a 3620. The CPU
does get very high during such peaks, but that is more ACL/GRE related
as this router handles a GRE tunnel and has a ~30 line ACL. 3640 has a
little more CPU and RAM and should do a little more.
