[c-nsp] WIC-2T Maximum Throughput

You routinely hit these speeds with a WIC-2T? I'd be quite surprised
to hear that that WIC is capable of dealing with those clockrates.
I've always been under the impression that the max clockrate on that
module is 2.048 Mbps.
