[c-nsp] atm0 going down every five minutes (DSL: Defect: LOS LOF LCDi: retraining)

At the moment I have done it the 'oldfashioned' way. I put 50 meters
of UTP in between, and at the moment I have been online for about 30
minutes!
So, the short line seems to have been the problem!
