Thanks... We use access-lists today and they work fine.... But yes,
something transparent.
I've seen it applied with hotel applications when you check in as a
guest and never have to change your mail settings etc.... Looking for
something hopefully that can be used in IOS (or other Cisco device) to
do the same...

Well, there is the obvious use of an access list to prevent them from
using anything other than the one you want, which to me meets the
definition of "forcefully", but I'm guessing you are looking for
something transparent?
