Yes.

And traffic to those ranges from the directly connected router, works.. As
in I can ping them.

Anything else doesn't as it doesn't have the routes on the 1811 to get back
to it.

BTW:  7507 Tunnel11 172.16.1.9 / 1811 Tunnel11 172.16.1.10
