[c-nsp] Backup Using Object Tracking

Hi all,

I was wondering if I've got the following sample configuration correct to satisfy my requirement of the following:-

* No response from the Object Track within 5mins.
* The respond of the object track doesn't exceed 600 milliseconds.

 threshold 600
 frequency 300 
rtr schedule 1 life forever start-time now

ip route 172.30.20.8 255.255.255.248 172.30.20.2 track 1

If it's wrong, what's the appropriate configuration like ? The other question would be how do I make use of the "Frequency" fill and how does it help and such.
