Can't speak on the number of connections, but from a throughput perspective
those numbers are pretty close to reality. Where I work we've seen ~300Mbps
without much of a performance hit.

Real world 3DES VPN traffic rates I've seen were just around 135Mbps with
~40% CPU utilization. Again pretty close to the quoted 140Mbps by Cisco.


Does anyone have more real world experience with this box?

None of the PIXs support SSL/WebVPN, unfortunately.
