[c-nsp] Cisco AVPairs resource?

Hi all,

Is there a resource out there detailing what Cisco AVPairs are
available, and how to use them? I'm applying various AVPairs via RADIUS
to customer virtual-access interfaces, and what resources I've found via
Google and searching Cisco's site haven't really been very useful for
some of the more esoteric things I'm trying to do.

For example, there is a policy route map in the virtual-template, but
for one customer I wish to remove that, and doing so using Cisco AVPairs
in RADIUS seems the natural choice. However, I haven't been able to do
so. Here is the RADIUS Cisco-AVpair in question:

   "lcp:interface-config=no ip policy route-map FW1"

Now, I'm not 100% certain that is correct, but Googling did present
other such examples, so I tried it. Honestly, I'd prefer just to
understand what AVpairs there are.
