[c-nsp] Cisco 3750G vs. HP Procurve

This is true with the 2500 series, but not the 2600 and 2800.  The 2500
series use a single mac forwarding table (as I found out when I put a
BD10k in), but the 2600's have no issue with this (as they have a table
per VLAN), nor do the 2800 series.

This has been tested and verified in my environment.
