[c-nsp] Has anyone done PBR on a 3750ME?

Running the advanced IP sw, 12.2.25SED, C3750ME-I5K91-M, with the SDM
template 'routing', so I can do policy-based routing - however, it's not
working.   Looking through some command docs on cisco's website, I do see a
template called "routing-pbr", but its not available on my rev.

Any thoughts to what's up with 3750ME and this template?
