Yes i know that this command in not supported, but i have exactly the
same 3550(CORE) with Version 12.1(19)EA1a against Version 12.2(25)SE
on this switch and it works on CORE:

cs3550-Core-TOR#sh ip flow export
Flow export is enabled
  Exporting flows to xx.xx.48.25 (3000)
  Exporting using source IP address xx.xx.48.18
  Version 5 flow records
  52472094 flows exported in 2151033 udp datagrams
  0 flows failed due to lack of export packet
  35050 export packets were sent up to process level
