[c-nsp] dcef disabled on VIP 2-40 Slot !!!

Hi , 

I have a problem with my 7513 , it is running on a RSP16+ with IOS : Version 12.0(30)S1 .

dcef is getting disabled on the slot 4 , clearing cef & disabling / enabling did not really work .

The problem starteed when I added a GEIP on slot12 and tried put a PA-2T3+ on slot 4 VIP . dCef is getting disabled with followin on the log
