[c-nsp] IPv6 BGP peering problem

Hi all,

Am having a problem with an IPv6 BGP peering. The same router has
another two IPv6 BGP peers working, but this new peer remains in ACTIVE
state.

Any light on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
