[c-nsp] default MED configuration

Hi, Guys. I have a strange issue with my cs3550. I am unnable to set
default MED to my BGP advertisments.
Maybe i miss somthing?

cs3550-Border-TOR#sh ip bgp neighbors 209.58.7.1 adv
BGP table version is 68, local router ID is 209.58.7.10
