It is your TFTP server. Use TFTPD32 available at tftpd32.jounin.net. It is the Cisco recomended TFTP server.

>I am having trouble doing a tftp transfer on a SUP720. I have had no trouble in the past although I am using CATOS currently and want to move the Native IOS for the SUP720. The TFTP transfer starts normally but will crash and restart after a transfer of about 40MB. I thought it might be my tftp software so I switched to another with the same results.

But even in the 3745 I encountered the same results. The transfer starts normally but will continue to crash and restart the transfer. The funny thing is the TFTP process is never halted. The Router or Switch continues transferring as normal just keeps on scrolling the exclamation points, although the tftp software registers an error and you can visually see it number of bytes reset and continue. Virtually endless loop of tftp transferring.
