[c-nsp] 2800/3800 crypto performance

I've been looking for some kind of table that lists the performance of 
the onboard encryption in the 2800/3800 series routers. (All I can find 
is # of VPN users, or "yes it has hw crypto", but nothing useful.) I 
want to use them as tunnel endpoints, and I need to know the reasonable 
Mb/s the hardware crypto accelerators can do.
