[c-nsp] PDSN implementation

This is what we have used.  A colleague ran some basic test with Radius
but without all the attributes you need to really run CDMA (that was my
understanding).

Current configuration on bus mb2 has a total of 0 bandwidth points. This
configuration is within the PCI bus capacity and is supported.

509K bytes of NVRAM.

I would to know if someone has any idea about using a 7200 box as a CDMA

PDSN, what about hardware config and which IOS to use?
