[c-nsp] PPPoA/PPPoE support

I have a 7206 configured to support inbound PPPoA connections. I would 
like to add PPPoE support but had a few questions first. On

It says "The PPPoA/PPPoE Autosense for ATM PVCs feature is supported on 
SNAP-encapsulated ATM PVCs only. It is not supported on MUX-encapsulated 
PVCs". Is that still the case?
