[c-nsp] 6500 Sup2 memory needs

Hopefully this will help judge the memory requirements.  I have 6500s with 
sup2/msfc2 running IOS 12.1E with 256MB on the sup2 and 512MB on the msfc2. 
   The 6500s have full BGP routes with up to 100 BGP neighbors.

msfc2 free memory:  170 MB
sup2 free memory: 89 MB

I'm not sure how 12.2SX will change the memory requirements.  We couldn't 
get away with just 128MB on the Sup2s.
