[c-nsp] GLC-SX-MM and 50µm mm fiber

Well, I'm glad I asked. I hadn't even considered SM over MM.

I'm actually seeing 50 micron come out less expensive than 62.5 micron, 
which was another reason we were considering the 50.

These are all intra-building runs of less than 600', so distance isn't 
really a determining factor ....

Since we're on a deadline with this particular installation (it's a customer 
site), we'll stick with 50/62.5 for this one, but I will start looking into 
SM for future projects.
