Hello,

Sorry if its off topic.

I am sure you guys have had this once before, i am a technical person with
poor presentation skills, i now need to do some presentations and i need
your share of experiences, if you have a link, ppt or book that helped you,
please pass.

I have once seen a presentation by John Chambers where he stepped into the
audience and ws very dynamic, i wonder where that link was, it would be nice
to look at his style.

Another question:

Lets say that we are demonstrating/simulating a technology for a customer,
say MPLS on our devices, i am confused how i should lay out the presentation
of this, what should i include in the slides (configuration, topolgy) and
what to leave for face-to-face, do i just let him see the full configuration
or start step by step, IGP, MPBGP... ?

Regards,
Sam
