I believe you will need 208V circuits to fully energize the unit.  That's 
what we deploy for our 6509s.  Since upgrading many sites to 10GE, we've 
had to upgrade to 6000 watt supplies.  That requires 2 x 208VAC circuits 
to each power supply.
