It depends on what type and how many modules, you put in the box.

If, for example, you fill the box with 6748-GE modules, you won't
even have redundant power with two 6000W PSUs. With two modules,
you can use the 3000W PSUs with out redundancy or the 6000W PSUs
with redundancy.
