[c-nsp] MPLS MTU

Thanks Dave. It seems that I constantly see people moving away from
using the "mpls mtu" knob. But I tried instead using mtu 1508 and I
got back the following:

% Interface FastEthernet0/0 does not support user settable mtu.

but with mpls mtu doesn't give me any issues.
Is there a problem with just using mpls mtu?
