[c-nsp] Boot strangeness on 2821

What image are you using? If you've swapped flash and the image stays
with the box you're down to memory or mainboard issues, right? Swap dram
next from the good to bad machine? If it has two memory sticks pull one
and see if it follows a particular card or slot. Teh Google is very
quiet about this one - a few people report dead hardware doing this and
that is all.
Sounds like they're new ... get the reseller to look at them?
